APPOINTMENT OF SHRI GYANESHWAR KUMAR SINGHAS EX-OFFICIO MEMBER IN IBBI


In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 189 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (31 of 2016), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Gyaneshwar Kumar Singh, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Corporate Affairs as ex-officio member in the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India

Conversion of LLP into Company

Non Appointment of Company Secretary – NCLT fines Rs. 339,000 to the Company for inadvertent delay

Atyati Technologies Private Limited (The Company) was incorporated under Companies Act, 1956 as a Private Limited Company with Registered Office in Bangalore. The Paid-up capital of the Company was Rs. 8.81 Crores.
